for those who org kata pickup tu tentu tau sekali tengok jer kan..

this is SATA..

made from fish, coconut, some onion n garlic, chilli to put a little spice to it.

mix all the ingredients well together..dont forget to add a little sugar n salt..bagi rasa ler beb..

pastu kasi kepal2 sama dia..

then wrap it with banana leave..make it like a cone shape..or ikut suka korang ler..

buat ler byk2..after that cucuk them all together with a bamboo stick or besi bbq tu pun leh..

then bakar cam bakar sate tu..agak2 isi ikan masak ok ler tu..dont burn it !!!

ekcli..aku melebih2 nak sangat ke sata ni..seharian aku setia tunggu hubby aku balik keje sbb terliur ke sata..

aku dah pi cari dah kat area tanjung lumpur tu..ari tu ada gerai pak soh yg mmg jual sata..

tp mlm sebelum hubby aku keje tu aku pusing2 cari gerai pak soh tu x jumpa siot..

sedih nya hati..
